  • Tarot cards are a powerful tool for self-discovery and introspection. Based on a deck of 78 cards that are rich in symbolism and meaning, tarot readings can provide insight into one's past, present, and future. While tarot readings cannot predict the future with certainty, they can help individuals explore their own inner landscape and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. Whether you are new to tarot or an experienced practitioner, a tarot reading can be a powerful tool for self-reflection and personal growth.

  • Your reading can be done
    a. In-person at the The Q located at Utako, Abuja.
    b. At a location of your choice (subject to location approval)
    c. online via Google Meet or FaceTime

  • Absolutely…..NOT! Tarot encourages introspection through lessons learned through interactive game play. Highlighting alternative perspectives for your consideration at any given point in time. Take the messages that make sense to you while discarding those that don’t. Your freewill is never compromised at anytime as you utilise the modalities to create the life you want. Do NOT use tarot as a substitute for medical, legal or other professional advice.

  • For Solo Qs and The Quad, wait at least a month before requesting a reading for a related topic. Use the time in between to do your energy work. Good things take time. Trust the process. Do the work!

    Manifestation Modules and Cohorts are designed to run over multiple weeks. Please check for specifics under each listing.

  • Your information will not be distributed to any third-party without your consent.

Tarot

Design

  • The Client is the SOLE representative responsible for providing/relaying information to and from AvanaVaatia regarding any design project. He is to provide information, instructions, preferences, reviews/approvals, payment of fees and collection of finished goods and services.

    If the organization/ company is run by numerous people, a representative MUST be appointed whose duty will be to forward unanimous decisions reached by all key players within the organization. This should be a primary decision maker as information relayed by him would be considered final and count towards the revisions allotted to your project.

  • ALL MONIES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Retainer: For access to Design Brief and Mood board: 20%

    Project Commencement Fee: To be paid within 24hours of filling Design brief: 30%

    Approval of Monochrome Logo: To be paid within 24hours of selecting black and white logo version: 10%

    Colour Scheme Approval/application: To be paid within 24hours of approval of brand colours: 20%

    Final Approval and Collection of deliverables: To be paid within 24 hours of approval of designs in preparation for handover: 20%

    TERMINATION FEES
    If initiated by client: 20%
    of project sum.

    If initiated by AvanaVaatia: REFUND of 10% of all monies received.

    LATE PAYMENT OF FEES
    Payments not received 5 days after the due date will incur a 5% late fee. Failure to pay after 10 days will render the project cancelled and will attract the cancellation fee of 20% of the project sum for any work material to be released.

  • When we have received the payment of your retainer, a password to access the Logo Design Brief would be sent to the client. This must be filled accurately and submitted within 5 working days. It should be as detailed as possible stating in clear terms what is expected (must haves) and/or desired (would like to have). Visual examples are highly encouraged and appreciated. Providing insight this way helps direct research and in turn would facilitate smooth running of the project

  • In-person meetings will take place at the AvanaVaatia studio. Please schedule a Consultation . Should the client prefer meetings at a location of their choosing (subject to approval), the cost of transportation and/or accommodation will be paid upfront by the client.

    Correspondence

    As the client is the ONLY point of contact, directives or suggestions from any other person will not be entertained. All directives, irrespective of if discussed verbally or via chat, must ALSO be put in writing and sent via email to our official email address An acknowledgment email will be sent within 24hours after which a notification via WhatsApp may be sent if you have not heard from us.

    Should the client have a change of mind or come across any information contradictory to already provided feedback, please alert us IMMEDIATELY via WhatsApp up to 36hours afterwards and the review process will be reset accordingly. Otherwise, this would count towards the stipulated reviews allotted to your project.

  • All feedback should be provided in writing by replying the email containing drafts or mockups.

    We will acknowledge receipt of your feedback within 24hours and would implement adequate changes within 10 working days.

    Please acknowledge receipt of any material from us within 24hours and review project progress and provide necessary feedback within 5 working days.

    2. Decide what Logo Design service you require and request an estimate

    3. AvanaVaatia will establish contact to schedule a Studio visit or Virtual Consultation

    4. Issue Invoice based on consultation

    5. Payment of retainer and access to Logo Design Brief and Mood Boad is granted

    6. Research and review of similar/related brands and development of Logo options

    7. Feedback and refining of options

    8. Approval of designs and implementation across design components

    9. Preparation of final files and handover

    10. Free cross-marketing across AvanaVaatia social media platforms.

  • Please request the creation of Raw files if you answer yes to any of the following questions:

    1. Do you want to handle printing yourself?

    2. Do you want to engage the services of another printer, graphic or web designer?

    3. Do you want to have the complete branding package?

    Raw files cost an additional 30% and can be requested for some or all of the design components. Costing will be adjusting accordingly.

    Raw Files include the following:
    Brand Manual: Visual and written instructions regarding the best way to utilize your logo and other branding components

    Colour scheme: Colour codes utilized for your brand to ensure uniformity across whatever medium you decide to use your logo

    Fonts: The names of all fonts used and information about kerning, amendments, relationships, positioning and adaptation

    Working files: Your design components in multiple file formats for your personal use (on your mobile phone) and files any design professional will need. Adobe Illustrator Ai. Adobe PDF, Adobe Photoshop .psd, Encapsulated Post Script EPS and .png files

  • Please note costing provided is for design work ONLY and your logo design will be made available to you as digital files in the file formats specified according to the Logo Design Service you choose.

    Printed documents will be made available a minimum of 10 working days post-project completion. This is dependent on the quantities required and printer turn-around times. We will keep you updated through out this project.

  • AvanaVaatia reserves the right to showcase concepts (unapproved and approved), existing logos (in the case of rebranding project) and your feedback as part of our project portfolio. Sensitive information will not be disclosed to the public. Please indicate which contact information you DO NOT approve for showcasing or cross-marketing.
