Mentorships/ Circle Time provide a safe platform for each learner to embark on a journey of growth, enlightenment and empowerment. This nurturing and inclusive approach instils essential life skills in young minds. Guided by a mentor or coordinator , the learners collectively discuss their experiences, are encouraged to voice their dreams, fears, and aspirations while receiving guidance and support embedded in different Quatro themes.

Through interactive discussions, engaging physical activities and thought-provoking exercises, mentorships/ circle time ignites their curiosity, fuels their creativity, and ignites a passion for lifelong learning and confidence to navigate the world as they grow, discovering their potentials and emerging as self-assured members of society.
